What if I’ve already picked most of my colours?

It’s still absolutely worth reviewing.
We’ll walk through your selections together and make sure everything works — visually, practically, and financially.
If you haven’t signed your contract yet, a meeting at the display home (Guardian Companion) can still be helpful to compare what you’ve picked against real finishes.
Even if changes aren’t possible, the Guardian Check package gives you a clear record of what’s been selected — which is crucial later when build questions or site issues come up.

What if I haven’t received my colour schedule yet?

If you’ve already had your colour appointment but haven’t received the official schedule, this is the perfect window for a review.
You’ve likely made selections — but nothing is final until the schedule is signed off.
This is where Guardian Check or Guardian Companion can make a real difference: we can walk through your selections, flag concerns, and guide any final changes before they’re locked in.

What happens during the display home meeting?

We’ll deep dive into your selections — internal and external — and assess each finish for style, durability, and long-term suitability.
The display home gives us a great opportunity to compare what’s been proposed in your documentation against real examples, and to explore better alternatives if needed.
We’ll look at everything from cabinetry to cladding, and help you cross-reference inclusions with what you’re seeing in person.
The session is scheduled for up to two hours to make sure nothing is missed and every detail gets the attention it deserves.

Do you attend my colour appointment with me?

Yes — if you’ve booked the Guardian Deep Dive package, we’ll be there in person.
We’ll guide you throughout the appointment, help you manage time, compare options, and ensure your final selections work together.

Will you speak directly to my builder or colour consultant?

If needed, yes.
We’re happy to liaise professionally with your builder or consultant to clarify selections, ask for substitutions, or request documentation.
Whether we step in will depend on your package and where you're at — we'll always confirm this with you first.

Why is there an asterisk (*) next to the price?

Our pricing is based on homes with a total build quote under $1,000,000.
If your home is highly custom or significantly larger (e.g. $3M+), the complexity of selections increases — and we may need to extend the review.
We’ll always flag this in advance and confirm pricing before we proceed.

How does payment work for Colour Selection Support?

Payment is broken into stages.
Your deposit secures the first stage of Colour Selection Support and begins the process.
Each subsequent payment is made before the next component of the service is delivered.

If you choose not to continue after any stage, there’s no pressure or obligation.
This approach gives you clarity, flexibility, and control at every step.
